Yeah, yeah, I know, "INTRODUCING? BUT..." Forget everything you know, remember?

If I'm going to use any Rogue Neo characters and elements publicly while the story's still being worked on, I've got to share with you guys SOME basic aspects of the new things. Without spoiling a terrible lot, of course. I want there to be some surprises left over.

Ahhh, the old sandbox. I think Nala these days can pretty much be consider the culmination of everything I wanted her to be in the past but never got to work with in a public forum and everything I'd like her to be now, given how during the days of TRG, she could very easily be classified as Generic Character #4,012. Maybe you guys didn't see her like that, but I did and I worried for her in that case as she was my main.

SO. TRAITS. You all know of the existence of Carriers now, so I'm sure the big shock will be that Nala is one of them. WHO WHAT HUH? And why does she have a World Power that was supposedly Anya's, that white haired look-alike from "Way of the World"? Well, there's a reason for that. Hopefully I'll get to it when I make one of these for her. But basically, Nala is, as of the start of the story, the Carrier of the Light.

Is this some sort of plot to make her one of those characters that start off badass that we see so often? God, NO. It's actually the opposite. Nala starts off lame. XD I've always found it interesting to see characters grow into the forces that most story heroes start off as, with hints of their potential shown in the early goings. It's what I hope to pull off with her in an attempt to draw a little more interest to the character as she's not really as popular as some of the other gals.

As you've all been seeing on her a lot these days, while she has this crazy new power to work on, she is also equipped with switch batons, something I've been intrigued with since seeing them used in Resident Evil: Apocalypse and, a more cooler example, Eagle from Street Fighter. Nala uses them in conjunction with her World Power when she becomes a bit more adapt with both.

Since we're here, let's talk about the Light World Power. As it was created along side the Darkness World Power to battle against the rising threat of Defects, Carriers who stray from the hopes of Entity and use their gifts for their own selfish gain, mostly at the turmoil of others, it has special properties of it's own, the forefront to be able to extract a Carrier's World Power and use it against them for a time. On it's own and without some other aspects...

- Allows the Carrier to use light in a variety of projectile usage.
- Gives the Carrier enhanced speed. Useful for fast movement or an extra kick in physical force.

Again, there are a few more tidbits, but that would be spoiling.

I think I've covered all that I need to about Nala's newest incarnation for Rogue Neo, though I'll try to answer any questions.
